We have experience cutting a wide variety of materials and are always willing to experiment with new ones. We most commonly work with:

• Laminated Baltic Birch (Formica or Wilsonart)

• Plywood

• MDF

• Bamboo

• Foam

• Cardboard

• Plastics: ABS, Acrylic, HDPE, Phenolic, PVC

• Solid Surface Countertops (Corian or Hanex)

There is no project too big or too small. Our customer's needs range from small one-off parts up to high volume manufacturing and we enjoy working with them all.

We will meet you where you are at when it comes to both design and manufacturing. Whether you come to us with a conceptual idea, a napkin sketch, or a full set of engineering drawings, please provide as much detail as you can.

Helpful information often looks like: materials, quantities, part numbers, thicknesses, descriptions, project start dates, budgets, etc.

Our native software is Fusion 360, but we can accept a wide range of files
