Gravity Manufacturing started as a side project and turned into a passion project. Our founder left a career in corporate engineering to pursue the nomadic lifestyle in Colorado with his wife. The trajectory of their lives changed when a truck camper evolved into a tiny house, which evolved into a van conversion business, called Gravity Vans.
Gravity Vans acquired the knowledge and equipment to digitally fabricate all of their van conversions in-house. When the CNC Router came through the door, a new passion was discovered. After years of designing, engineering, and manufacturing products for themselves, it was time to serve other businesses around Denver. Our love to create and spirit to innovate keep us dedicated to our craft so that we can consistently deliver quality products, time and time again.

Engineering
Strategic engineering and design help optimize space to include everything you need, and nothing you don’t. We have spent years perfecting the details to make every inch count. Our designs are masterfully created with multi-functional features, a clean aesthetic, and quick access to all major systems, if they need service down the road.
Materials
All of our builds come standard with premium materials and industry leading components so your rig can withstand extreme environments and the roughest road conditions. We provide you with the best because we want it to last. That is why our builds are designed and field tested by people that are full time van-dwellers, hikers, bikers, skiers, climbers, and everyday outdoor enthusiasts.
We are proudly American made! Our home base is Boulder, Colorado where all of our vans are manufactured and assembled. We use a combined approach to build your van, leveraging digital fabrication and hands-on assembly. This best of both worlds strategy ensures that every part we produce is precision machined to fit like a glove.
Automation in our manufacturing process keeps our builds streamlined so that we can complete vans at unmatched speeds. CNC machinery helps integrate complex structural elements and rattle-proof joinery into all of our custom cabinetry.
